I need to share this with you

Hey Reader,

I recorded a conversation this week that I need to share with you.

It's with Endrit, one of the members of my community. And his story hit me hard because it reminded me of exactly where I was a few years ago.

Before he joined, he was doing the same thing a lot of you are doing right now. Watching courses on Udemy. Going through Coursera. Feeling like he was learning, but nothing was actually changing.

Same job. Same tasks. No recruiters in his inbox. No direction.

I know that feeling. When I was trying to break out of nursing, I did the same thing. I spent months consuming free content, convinced I just needed one more tutorial. One more cert. One more roadmap. But nothing moved.

Endrit broke out of that loop. And what happened next is kind of insane:

  • Recruiters started reaching out within 2 months
  • He wasn't even actively applying, the jobs came to him
  • He landed a fully remote Azure DevOps role
  • He doubled his salary

The part that got me was when he said his biggest problem now is having too many opportunities. That's a good problem to have.

I recorded the whole conversation where Endrit explains what he did, what changed, and why he thinks he would still be stuck without it.

See you next week,

Mischa

P.S. Everything Endrit built? He did it inside KubeCraft. His advice to you: "Make the investment. You will regret not doing it sooner." We have 4 spots open. Click here to see if you qualify.
