It's with Dane Barber. He's 57 years old, he joined the community a little under five months ago, and on Monday he starts a new role that pays him more than double the most he has ever earned in his career.

Before he joined, Dane was a software engineer. Then his company decided to go all-in on AI and let go 90% of the staff, including him. He spent months looking for work. Nothing landed.
